‘Grow, Learn, Achieve Together’

Friends of Livingstone

The Friends of Livingstone are a fantastic group of volunteers made up of staff, parents, grandparents and members of our wider school community. Together, they work hard to organise fun events and raise valuable funds that directly benefit our children.

Their enthusiasm, creativity and commitment make a huge difference to school life, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they do.

Throughout the year, the Friends of Livingstone host a range of exciting events that bring families together and help raise money for the school. These include Hallowe'en discos, Easter egg raffles, Christmas fairs and Pumpkin raffles as well as other seasonal events.

Every penny raised goes straight back into improving the experiences and opportunities we can offer our children. Recent fundraising has helped us to:

  • Replace playground markings to brighten and improve outdoor play

  • Support our Reading for Pleasure initiative

  • Contribute to the cost of educational visits, helping to keep trips affordable for families

  • Purchase new musical instruments to enrich our music provision

These contributions make a meaningful difference to school life and help us provide resources that the school budget alone cannot cover.

We are always delighted to welcome new members or volunteers who would like to support our fundraising efforts. Whether you can help regularly, occasionally, or just for one event, your time and enthusiasm will be greatly appreciated.

If you’d like to get involved or find out more, please contact Miss Noble at school.
