School Improvement Plan
Our School Improvement Plan sets out the key priorities that will help the school continue to grow and provide the best possible education for its pupils. It is developed by carefully evaluating the school’s current strengths and identifying the next steps needed to build on them. Staff, leaders and governors work together to analyse what the school does well, where further progress can be made, and how best to achieve these goals. This collaborative approach ensures that the plan is focused, ambitious and rooted in a clear understanding of what will make the greatest difference for children.
