Remote Learning
In the unlikely event that a pupil or pupils cannot attend school in person, Livingstone Primary School will make every effort to provide high quality remote education in line with the non-statutory government guidance. Our plan for remote learning will vary depending upon the ages of the children involved and the length of time that pupils will not be able to attend school.
We will communicate with parents about this through See Saw in the Early Years and through School Spider in Years 1-6.
Video lessons are available here, at Oak National Academy:
10,000 lessons and resources cover a wide range of subjects, from Early Years Foundation Stage to Year 11. And specialist lessons covering a wide range of learning areas and therapies. Each lesson is an hour-long. They’re delivered by a teacher, with a pre-recorded video as well as quizzes, worksheets and creative activities. It’s all easy to use, there’s no login or password, you can access lessons on any device, and pupils only need materials they can find at home.
